This notice covers this website only. Agency video and program data handled under a service agreement are governed by that agreement and the agency's own policies.

What we collect
When you submit the contact form, we collect what you enter: your name, title, agency, email, phone, state and message. We don't use advertising trackers or sell personal information.
How we use it
- To reply to your request and schedule a consultation
- To prepare proposals and quotes you ask for
- To keep a record of our correspondence with your agency
Sharing
We don't sell or rent your information. We share it only with service providers that help us run this website and our email, and only as needed to provide those services, or when required by law.
Retention
We keep inquiry records only as long as needed to respond and maintain a business relationship, then delete them.
Agency data
Video, flight records and other data created in a DFR program belong to the agency. Aerqor handles them only under the terms of the agency's service agreement, retention schedule and applicable law.
